Bernie - Business Office Manager
Bernie manages and handles day-to-day reception and business office responsibilities of the center. Tasha assists parents and staff with all admission and health paperwork necessary for enrollment and employment.

Jesse Wellington – Center Cook
Jesse is responsible for planning and preparing all of our breakfasts, snacks, and lunches for both W4C's and KIND Care, Inc. Meals are planned according to the CACFP standards (Child Adult Care Food Program).
Olivia Doehrmann – KIND Care Program Supervisor
Responsible for the KIND Care program and staff year-round and playground curriculum and materials.

Sandra Joseph- Executive Director
Sandra’s visionary and long-term investment of 30 years has provided a solid foundation to build meaningful programs and opportunities for children and youth, support staff and connect with families and community. Sandra supervises staff and oversees the general business and functions of the Child Development Center as required by DHS and other state and federal agencies. She also communicates and works with parents, orientates new enrollments, recruits staff, and works to build community relationships. Sandra seeks to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for all children and staff personnel. She also is instrumental in seeking and writing program grants and expanding to a second site.
