Sandra Joseph - Executive Director
Sandra’s vision and long-term investment of 20 years has provided a solid foundation to build meaningful programs and opportunities for children and youth, to support staff, and to connect with families and our community. Sandra supervises staff and oversees the general business and functions of the Child Development Center as required by DHS and other state and federal agencies. She communicates and works with parents, takes new enrollments through the orientation process, recruits staff, and works to build strong community relationships. She is instrumental in seeking and writing program grants and is committed to maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere for all children and staff.

Melinda Semler - Curriculum Director
and Pre-School Lead Teacher/Administrator
Melinda is responsible for insuring that our Pre-School Program meets the Voluntary Pre-School standards, Head Start Pre-School Standards and admissions, and supports our staff in implementing Creative Curriculum in their classrooms. Melinda is also our Lead Teacher in the Purple Cats Room (4 and 5 year-olds).
Ann Rackow – Staff Coordinator
Ann is responsible for scheduling staff and maintaining classroom ratios. She keeps safety and health standards in place and ensures that all new staffs have a full staff orientation prior to being in classroom ratios. Ann oversees and leads the after school Mentor, Reading, and Homework Support programs and maintains the center’s website.

Dani Jones - Administrative Assistant
Dani manages and handles day-to-day reception and business office responsibilities of the center. Dani assists parents and staff with all admission and health paperwork necessary for enrollment and employment.

Josi Hard – Center Cook
Josi is responsible for planning and preparing all of our breakfasts, snacks, and lunches for both W4C's and KIND Care, Inc. Meals are planned according to the CACFP standards (Child Adult Care Food Program).
